The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation. When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically. Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.

1.The inner tank is made of SUS304-2B stainless steel (thickness: 0.3mm-0.6mm). There is copper coil( optional) in the tank, and the heat water just come from the copper not from the tank;

2.The outer tank is made of a grade color steel. (thickness: 0.3mm-0.6mm).

3.Heat insulation layer: Imported PU( thickness: 55-60mm).

4.The normal size of vacuum tube is 58mm*1800 and 47mm*1500mm.

5.The bracket is made of stainless steel with power painting (thickness: 1.2mm-1.5mm).

Bracket degree: 45 /38 degree (normal). The actual value can be adjusted according to your latitude.
